The water issues in the recent years in Mexico have been on the headlines for getting debilitated and killing the children under the age of five with the water-borne diseases. When I started the interview, my first interview candidate, Lorena Rueda, Chief Operations Officer, showed very little interest to give ears to the proposal. She instantly invalidated the proposal stating that it would exceed the budget and will bring no good result. She even condemned my appeal stating that the water issues are not much maligned which I am trying to portray. This is very usual thing to do for a person like Rueda in the position.
